How to Use

1. Wash your hands before handling the pad.
2. Open the pack and unfold one maternity pad.
3. Attach the waistband to the pad using all four coloured locks. Check that each lock is securely fastened.
4. With the soft non-woven top sheet facing towards your body and the CPE film facing away, step into the attached waistband, one leg at a time, and gently pull the pad into position.
5. Adjust the flat-type elastic waistband for a comfortable fit. Make sure the pad sits correctly and the belt is not too tight.
6. Change the pad when wet, soiled or uncomfortable. Follow your maternity-care team’s guidance on changing frequency.
7. Wrap the used pad and dispose it in a waste bin. Do not flush.
8. Wash your hands after changing the pad.
