Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24hours to 48 hours , from Monday to Saturday to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to 48 hours  to let you know your order is on the way!

Order shipping procedure and complaint process 

Orders placed before 10 am during store hours 10am to 5 pm will be handed over to the shipping partner the same working day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be picked up on the next working day.

When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information which can be tracked on Shiprocket website or also through the direct website of the courier company.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 24hours to 48 hours , from Monday to Saturday using Shiprocket. Shipping rate is shown below the product price and if there is no shipping price mentioned then the product is free shipping . We do not ship outside of India at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout If there is any charges . If no separate charges for shipping are mentioned then you order is free of shipping charges

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 2 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at care@staysure.asia or e.eternis@gmail.com , also you can connect to us on +91 9028 5555 28 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
