Important Notice — Hygiene Products For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used sanitary pads, maternity pads, panty liners, underpads, and adult diapers cannot be returned or exchangedonce the outer packaging has been opened. This is standard practice for personal hygiene products and is in compliance with Indian consumer protection guidelines.
Return Eligibility We accept returns within 2 days of delivery for:
- Products received in damaged or defective condition
- Wrong product delivered
- Sealed, unopened products in original packaging with proof of purchase

Return Process
- Contact our team with your order number and a photo/video of the issue
- We will review and confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange return pickup or provide a return shipping label
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take additional time.
If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at care@staysure.asia.
Damaged or Wrong Items Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing photo or video. We will replace or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, return the eligible item and place a new order separately.
